One Nation Film Contest
Get Started

To Submit:

1. Select one of our assignments and make a film according to the subject guidelines.

Worried about making a film? Check out our Tips page, which also includes all the legal stuff.

2. If you aren’t already, sign up to be a Link TV member. If you want to know why, visit our FAQ pages.

3. Fill out our filmmaker’s registration form . If you select Assignment #5 (Two Films, One Faith), both co-producers will have to fill out a form. Every entrant must also email a bio and photo.

4. Include the mandatory One Nation End Slate (15MB Zip file) at the end of your film (although it won’t count as part of your total running time).

5. Upload your film using our easy uploader. This tool works in the same way as YouTube’s, transporting your video from your desktop to the Internet. Your submission must be on the following formats only: WMV, AVI, MOV, or MPG file formats and not exceed 100 MB. Visit our FAQs to find out more about encoding tips to avoid possible frustrations.

6. Don’t forget to include a thumbnail image for your film—it’s the first thing viewers will see before they hit “Play.”
You can submit films beginning June 26, 2008 up until December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. We will then approve your film and make it live on the site. You will receive email notification when your video goes live on the site. Films that send hateful messages or don’t fulfill the guidelines of the Assignment will be rejected by email.

To Vote:

Have your say! You don’t have to submit a film to vote and comment on videos, you just need to be in the United States.

1. Register as a member of Link TV. If you like, you can upload a photo, a bio and your location to help you meet other members online. You can begin commenting on films as soon as June 26, 2008.

2. Beginning January 5, 2009 you can vote and comment on films. You can award from one to five stars. But remember, only one vote per video per username! Only your most recent vote counts. Voting ends on January 16, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. PST

3. Discuss films and issues in our online forum
